This in person training program has been designed to help managers and teams have more confident conversations about neurodiversity in the workplace.

Description: The focus of this training is on promoting the strengths of autism and neurodivergent conditions in the workplace and equipping organisations with the tools they need to ensure neurodivergent people can flourish at work.
auticon have been supporting our professional consultants for over a decade with exceptional results and we use our extensive learnings to inform this training program. The program takes teams on a journey from awareness to acceptance and to the ultimate goal of inclusion.
The training is carried out by experienced professionals with decades of clinical and applied experience in autism and neurodivergent conditions. The training sessions have been designed with a 360º perspective of lived experience of neurodiversity in the workplace.
As inclusion is at the heart of what we do, all of our training is developed in collaboration with our neurodivergent colleagues.
The content of the session, education and tools will directly benefit every employee and align with your existing inclusion practices. This approach also breaks down existing barriers to supporting neurodivergent talent who do not disclose or even know they are neurodivergent.
auticon’s specialist training is of interest to all employees within an organisation but is of particular relevance to leaders, human resources, legal, recruiters and managers.
Delivery: In person training session for up to 25 people (sessions can be conducted live online upon request). Can be onsite at a client premises or offsite if the client requires.
